  I purchased a pump on Saturday from your store. After a little confusion and the pump not being delivered by Monday as expected. I spoke with Sean on Monday afternoon who was extremely helpful, he was personable and knowledgeable. He took it upon himself to help resolve the issue despite him not creating it himself.
  He personally picked up the pump from the courier and delivered from your store to Tuncurry on Monday afternoon in order for us to have the pump asap and allowing us to be able to give water to the horses.
  We are so appreciative and impressed with Sean's customer service and willing attitude to go above and beyond when he did not have too.
  We will definitely be shopping with your store again for the sheer fact of professional and personable Sean was.

  Great friendly staff. Great selection of ALL tools at competitive prices.
  It never ceases to amaze me how friendly and helpful the Port Macquarie staff are. Nothing is too much trouble and I always walk out feeling I have been given the best possible service. Many businesses could take note.

  Excellent service. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Have bought several tool kits from this shop. SMS notifications are sent to advise about sales which has saved me some money.

  Graham saved our day! Damsels in distress as our bike rack on the back of our rental camper-van became very loose and dangerous. This lovely man came to our rescue laying on the ground as he tightened everything back up. He also taught us how to adjust the tow ball, tighten everything back up safe and recommended to purchase a brand new brace. Thank you for your time! We owe you beers new friend
