- Louise Frame Added December 26, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointed & rude staff. Purchased for 4 mirrors, they were not packed correctly in the boxes (No bubble wrap) & one has a crack through. Called to discuss but Tina was not interested in it being cracked & would not replace it tried to blame the person that picked them up. After spending so much money with this company they are not interested in customer service or return clients. Tina said she is not paid enough to deal with the cracked mirror. Would not recommend this store.

We are happy with the items we bought during the first year of the pandemic. Though delivery waiting time was really looong, it's quite understandable due to the Covid-19 guidelines.

Went back in store and within minutes Meagan had escalated and provided me with a refund of the difference. Great shopping experience thank you!
