- Peter Chapman Added April 02, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointed with my recent dealing. Our Mazda had an intermittent engine light which was diagnosed that a software update was needed. It cost $110 which we thought was fair. After picking up the car on a Friday afternoon, l struggled to drive it without it stalling. l took it back on the Monday morning and told them and left it there. Picked it up that arvo and it was no better, still would not idle and kept stalling. l asked a friend who is a mechanic and he said it needed to be ran at 2 different idle speeds for 20 minutes each. I did this and the car is fine, so why didn't Mazda do this and get a satisfied customer?
