  Worst experience!! We went to them for smash repairing our car which got damaged due to a kangaroo hit. One of their staff mis-leaded us with incorrect information and almost got us into trouble with insurance. However, I agreed to proceed without claiming insurance and was happy to pay out of pocket for the repairs. Finally, after 4 days of being a pain with their miscommunication, they rejected to even give us a quote (which they agreed initially) or to work on our car giving us an excuse that they are fully booked.
  At last, the guy was so disrespectful and very rude to us and asked us to go away (literally meaning get out). I don't understand why any business would treat customers in such a pathetic way.

  Worst experience of my life my vehicle was rear-ended four weeks ago and they have still not had anything done. Took three weeks to verify the quote up for the insurance company. When you call them they never have an update. They were very rude to both my family members and myself and my vehicle was meant to be kept undercover due to the damages done to it are they lied and said they put it in. I’ve turned up numerous of times where my vehicle hasn’t even been removed and it’s still facing in the same position as where the vehicle was left from the tow truck they tried to say that it been moved in every night, but yet the tracks where exact same spot as to where we left the vehicle .
  I will not be recommending this nominated repairer for NRMA to anyone know to any further customers in the future
  Also, for my vehicle not being put undercover it is now full of mould and since then my vehicle has been removed this week from this panel shop and hopefully the next person can fix my issue.

  Needed my car resprayed.
  
  Scott was friendly and pleasant to deal with.
  
  Also recommended another professional for the work he couldn't do.
  
  The price I was quoted was very competitive and fair for the work required.
  
  Job took 4 days to complete. (the time I was advised it would take)
  
  Very happy with the paint job and minor repair...
  
  Reason I can't give full stars, is because the car was coated in white dust inside (driver's door and seat) and all over the outside.
  
  Not happy about the inside mess. Seat covers are very expensive, so the apparent lack of care is the reason the score can't be perfect.
  
  Still recommend on all other counts.

  These guys and girls were great. We had someone run into the back of us and cause some damage. Miedecke’s were polite and prompt. The repairs took two weeks but that was expected. The whole process was smooth and I was kept informed the whole way along. Thanks for a great service. I hope I never have to use them again but if I do they will be the first place I go.

  Smash repairs did a good job on repairing the car but because of GIO insurance it took 7 weeks to fit a front bar. Head's up guys don't insure with GIO. I have since gone with the NRMA.
