  Very disappointed told the staff would be there around 12 pm to check in after driving 4 hours to get there. Arrived at 12 30 and was told to come back at 2pm to check in. Seriously thought that was rude. The owner had a car parked blocking the driveway so people couldn't get in. I liked the room but was very disappointed in the customer service, have tried to book before by calling they don't answer the phone half the time . Customer service here is just not important. Won't be returning

  parking could be better parked In the motor bike shop next door. but was very happy with the room was comfortable hot shower collecting keys was easy. would definitely stay again price was great for what my self n two kids stayed in. lovely overlook of the pool.

  We stayed overnight on our home. Was the only pet friendly accommodation we could find. We were a little concerned after reading the negative comments. We were very pleasantly surprised. Was very clean, beds were comfortable and bathroom lovely. Room was nice and cool. My son said reception was very helpful and friendly.

  What a delightful place. Lovely rooms with lots of natural light, floor to ceiling windows, patio door out onto shared balcony. Bedding was lovely & clean & comfy too. Its also pet friendly, ideal for my pup. Shops close by. Big park round the corner for my pup, & Nobbys Beach is barely a 5 minute drive which is dog off leash & just gorgeous. Plenty to see here all within walking distance. Loved the walk along the wharf where all the big boulders are painted by people that have visited, the one spot that is graffiti legal !! I would recommend this place highly. The Koala Tree Motel was just lovely & James the landlord was very welcoming & helpful.

  We stayed 2 nights told us we weren't getting family room because we didn't book it when we did. Then told me to pay $200 deposit then get it back at check out so we paid it then he had the nerve to say nope he's keeping it. The room was disgusting wasn't clean window in bathroom was broken my 2 babies got bitten by mosquitoes. Cockroaches were running all over the room. Spider webs everywhere. Lights didn't work fan in bathroom was real dirty. Shower didn't work properly we only stayed there because we booked and paid for it non refundable. and the photos were nice but get there and it's all lies. He's a rip off. It needs to be shut down I'm currently taking him to fair trading...
