I had bought a tent in Brisbane, Adams gone down to Port Macquarie for the week to go camping. Tent pole snapped when putting it up. I took it into the store and of course didn't have my recite so they looked it up in the system. I bought it over 3 months ago so wasn't on my card. Andrew rung up the store in Brisbane I bought the tent from was on the phone to them while they got my recite from within there system (looking through manually by day and time). All sorted out thanks to the staff that where on and a huge thank you Andrew for his time. They swapped my tent over no problems at all.

went in to get a bed and camp fire toaster
the bed was marked $150 but scanned in at $260 or so we waited to the side while everyone else got served THEN when someone was free did the try work out what was going on.. 20 minutes later they realised the special ended a month ago and the ticket was just left there! oooook as if that's not bad enough.. we're back at the register by the time they figured this out, so we decide to just get the toaster instead.. and we get told "sure but you need to go back to the back of the line"
yeah, no
won't be returning.
