  Ok so this is a long write-up - but definitely worth the read if you are considering a roof restoration....
  
  I discovered I had quite a serious leak in my ceiling and had about 5 roofers inspect my roof over a 6 month period to investigate the cause. Each one had a different opinion of what was causing the leak - broken tiles, leaking skylight etc. I don't pretend to know anything about roofs so found myself in a situation of trusting what I was told. I settled on one local roofer as he assured me he would fix the leak however as it came closer to the date of the roof restoration I found I was losing confidence in his ability to actually fix the leak - he kept assuring me it was skylight that was the leak issue. I decided to double check and I got a skylight expert to inspect the roof and the skylights; he assured me that it was not the skylights that was causing the leak and referred me back to the roofer. At this point I was getting very frustrated and concerned as I was getting conflicting opinions!
  
  By pure chance somebody suggested that I contact Beau South to get an opinion on my roof. So glad that I did, Beau arrived at my home and what a different experience to the other roofers I had dealt with. He was informative, diligent and inspected every aspect of my roof. Beau found the leak which was not in the main tiled roof but in a metal roof at the back of the house. (an area that the other roofers didn't even think to inspect!). Beau even went as far as to get a second opinion from a metal roof expert. It turns out Beau was spot on the money. I have had 5 roofers all claiming different faults causing the leaking issue to my roof but only Beau South got it right. I cancelled the roofer I had initially booked and handed the roof restoration job to Beau and what an incredible outcome!. Beau and his team have done a fabulous job turning a tired looking roof into a statement piece - Beau even went as far as installing a whirlybird free of charge. The whole look of my house has completely changed and can honestly say it never looked better. We've had a lot of rain lately which has definitely tested Beau's work and absolutely no leaks. I don't normally write long testimonials however on this occasion I felt I should. A lot of roofers can talk the talk when they are trying to win a job but in my experience only one could actual walk the walk and be counted on. Can't thank you enough Beau.

  I contacted Beau in early 2020 to clean the roof on a house I was listing for sale.
  My mother saw Beaus work on social media and decided on a restoration on her home.
  She picked black for the paint which blended with her brick well.
  Beaus bedding and pointing is next level, very clean and tidy.
  Beau is honest, reliable and works on homes as if they were his own, very impressed.

  Beau has done a great job on our roof he’s a perfectionist and his professionalism shines through his work.
  He also put in 2 whirlybirds. We are very impressed with his workmanship and he’s a really down to earth bloke. Even our neighbours have comment how good our roof looks, thanks Beau
