  My daughter recently bought her first car from the dealership. The professionalism from Scott throughout the process was notable. The car was made available much earlier than anticipated. I really appreciated the speed, it really made my daughter happy that she will be going for her Ps in her new car!

  George, the new owner, was also really lovely. He was friendly, helpful and took the time to look after us while we were waiting for things to be finalised. Thank you to everyone at the dealership for your kind wishes and for making the whole process so smooth.

  Called the parts manager today (Dan). Just want to let you guys know how professional Dan is knowing all of his parts, where they are, times, costings. Very courteous, helps where he can, goes out of his way. Has even helped us in other areas of the company where he could. A great asset and a really nice guy.

  I bought my car from them in April 2021. I have to pay $500.00 for a service, everywhere else is hundreds cheaper. I've had the car up there twice. Once for a service, which was questionable with the slack service they provided. The car came back dirty twice, when a wash & vac is included in their service. A part was ordered months ago & the car was booked in to have that part fitted & they didn't get it spray painted in those months before the booking.The car went up today to have the part fitted for nothing.
  They have you running around at your expense. Incompetent, unreliable & poor management. NOT HAPPY JAN.

  My Vehicle was booked in for Tuesday at 8.45 we were there at 8.30 I was greeted by a member of the team who told me they could not get to my car for a couple of hrs and the job they were tasked with was a computer problem . After telling him I was not prepared to spend 3 or 4 hours on it he then says it could be anything. This is why people don't trust dealers. Why book a vehicle in and not attend to it on time,
  I have been here with a Mercedes a little while ago and service was great. I will not be back here .
